From French deadstock, this is a beautiful, designer quality multicolor plaid tweed. The fibers are a blend of viscose, wool and nylon which creates a wonderful contrast of lustrous and matte. The yarns have a twist and a boucle curl to create a rich surface texture. It is a medium suiting weight with substance, and though this fabric has a slightly open weave it is nearly opaque. The mix of colors include bright pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple with a pearly cream. Make a classic Chanel-style jacket, suit, dress or skirt, etc. Dry cleaning is recommended.
